The flats lights switch on and off, blinking. Time is speeded up but also freezed. It stays at night in a frenetic activity. This nightscape take the place of the active, busy dayscape. Its contemplation is turned upside down by its constant activity, preventing the viewer to anchor his mind on immobility, peaceful, compeling him to the almost hypnosis generated by the twinkling activity.
